IQV API Standards
Türkçe
IQVizyon HTTP API yönetişim ve tasarım standartları projesi. Amaç, IQV API kurallarını tek bir kaynakta tutmak, bunları bir web portalında sunmak ve ileride aynı kaynaktan otomatik doğrulama üretmektir.
Normatif kurallar standards/ altındadır (şu an 29 Markdown + YAML frontmatter kuralı). Teknik dokümantasyon docs/tr/ ve docs/en/ içindedir; kural metinleri dokümanda kopyalanmaz.
Mevcut durum: Phase 1 uygulama kapsamı tamamlandı; Phase 2 yerelde tamamlandı (ürün lint/verify, raporlama, yerel kurulum ve tüketici E2E kabulü). Phase 3 GitHub CI gate ve Phase 4 runtime/staging doğrulama henüz yok. IQV Forge kapsam dışıdır. Geliştirme sürümü 0.1.0-dev; resmi v2.0.0 release oluşturulmadı.
Mimari: Go (chi, Cobra) + React / strict TypeScript / Vite / pnpm + resmi IQV Design System. Kabuk, iqv-dashboard/dashboard ProLayout modelinden uyarlanır. Development’ta Vite ve Go ayrı process; production’da frontend tek Go binary’ye gömülür. Hedef platformlar: Windows, Linux, macOS. Native ve Docker çalışma yolları vardır.
Operasyonel JSON: /health, /health/live, /health/ready. Frontend kabuk rotaları: /, /standards, /status, /login (/login yalnız görsel kabuktur; kimlik doğrulama API’si yoktur).
Gereksinimler: Go 1.27.1, Node.js LTS 24.20.0, pnpm 12.3.4 (packageManager / .node-version). Docs: Python 3.12.14 ve requirements-docs.txt. Docker isteğe bağlıdır. Scriptler global araç sürümü değiştirmez; Corepack veya eşdeğer yerel pnpm kullanımı beklenir.

pnpm verify is the daily repository development quality gate (Foundation CI application + docs checks). The standalone product CLI (iqv-api-standards lint / verify on consumer repositories) is implemented locally; install with scripts/install-local.ps1 or scripts/unix/install-local.sh. pnpm verify:full adds E2E, production build/smoke, security scans, and Docker validation when available.

IQVizyon HTTP API governance and design standards. Rules live in one source of truth, a web portal surfaces them, and future validators will consume the same files.
Normative rules are under standards/ (29 Markdown + YAML frontmatter rules today). Project documentation is docs/tr/ and docs/en/. Do not duplicate rule bodies in docs.
Phase 1 implementation scope is complete: foundation, standards source, web application shell, Standards Web Portal, Docker, and CI/publish policy. Phase 2 is complete locally: product lint/verify, reporting, local installation, and consumer acceptance E2E (scripts/consumer-e2e.ps1). Phase 3 is a GitHub CI standards gate; Phase 4 is runtime/staging validation. IQV Forge is out of scope. Version: 0.1.0-dev; no formal v2.0.0 release has been created.
